Each adult 18 years or older needs a ticket to tour the Dream House and your immediate family under 18 years of age is admitted with your tour ticket. The YMCA Dream House will be open Saturday, June 30th - Sunday, August 5th from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. *July 4th 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Yes, the winner is responsible for all applicable taxes. Taxes are based on approved land value. A professional tax adviser provides the winner with a free consultation regarding these issues
At 7 pm on August 8, 2018, twenty semi-finalists will be drawn for the house and 10 semi-finalists will be drawn for the SUV. Semi-finalists will be notified by phone, e-mail and certified letter to the address given to attend the drawing at 2 pm on August 12, 2018, where each will choose one key. One of these “lucky keys” will open the Dream House and one key will start the SUV. All 20 semi-finalists are eligible to win the Dream House, and all 10 SUV semi-finalists are eligible to win the car. If unable to be present, the semi-finalists may choose a representative, or the YMCA will provide one.
Yes, you can save money because when you buy 3 or more tour tickets the price is $13 each rather then $15. Remember, tour tickets make great gifts for friends or family and each purchased tour ticket supports the Lake County YMCA Dream House fundraiser!
Yes, someone (18 and over) who purchases a tour ticket will win the beautiful 25th YMCA Dream House plus nearly all of the furnishings, (See posed list in Dream House for complete details on furnishings included in the house). You will also have the opportunity to win a 2018 Chevy Equinox LS if you purchased at least three or more YMCA Dream House tickets (Every three YMCA Dream House tickets you purchase, you will receive on FREE car ticket). There will be two separate drawings, one for the house and one for the SUV. SUV tickets are not sold separately.
True. Instead of accepting the house, the winner may choose a $275,000 cash option. If chosen, the cash payment will be made in mid-December of 2018. Just as with the house, all taxes are the responsibility of the winner. There is no cash option on the SUV. The winner takes the SUV “as is”
